So... Shannon flew into Seattle last weekend for a conference and asked if I'd like to join her for the weekend. Tough decision, right? :P I headed out Saturday morning and did some outlet shopping on the way- found some pj's for the kids, new jacket for Mommy, and some other cute things. I got into Seattle about 2:30 and we headed down to the waterfront for some walking.
We decided to "be like Addison" and take the ferry to Bainbridge. We had some fish and chips at a cute little pub on the waterfront and then wandered around the downtown some more.

This is our Niagara Falls reminiscing photo... :) Sunday, we woke up and headed for the Space Needle- first time for both of us! That was fun, and we got to see some gorgeous views of the mountains as the weekend was gloriously clear and sunny! We had lunch at a fabulous little Italian place called Il Fornaio and then, sadly, it was time for me to head home. Thanks, Shanoon for a great, and much needed, weekend away!
